Tomorrow's Plan:

Breakfast: Coffee with 0 calorie sugar sweetner and maybe some milk

Lunch: Nothing

Mid-day Snack: 100 Calorie coffee cake pack

Dinner: Pickle-0 calories :)

After Diner Snack: Apple- around 40 calories. Easy Mac- 220 cal .

Throughout the Day Snacks: GUM! 50 Calories

Total: 410 Calories
