Calorie Cutting Tips!




1)  Say good-bye to condiments. By simply not using extras like mustard, ketchup, honey mustard etc.. you can cut down drastically. If you cant let go of the side dippers then measure them out. Counting and keeping track never hurts, plus then you won't pile on too much

2)  Drink Water! Not only does it fill you up without all the calories sugar loaded soda has but it's proven to speed up your metabolism to help burn extra calories and give your skin a healthier glow

3)  Move Around. Go in your room and blast a funky playlist and do crazy dance moves. An hour of your silly moves could cut over 400 calories an hour. Even just a half an hour burns 200 which is an awesome benefit. Get moving! :)

4)  Enjoy 0 calorie treats. My two personal favorites are pickles (yum!) and ice. Munching on ice is m favorite thing during the summer time or during a workout. If you get sick of the plain taste of water mix some water and a 0 calorie crystal light flavor packet and freeze it. Its really filling and tastes like an awesome treat. (If you want to go all out crush it for a slush/snow cone like treat)

5)  Get some sleep. A person is best after getting 9 hours of sleep, although it can be hard ot fit in IF you can squeeze in some time and hit the sack early you will on average eat 300 calories less. Being tired triggers the release of hunger-inducing hormones so go ahead and plan some extra sleep in time.

6)  FIDGET! Moving around and doing small movements such as tapping your foot, moving your hands or anything like that will cut about 100 calories a day and spped up your metabolism

7)  Mindful Meals! Instead of eating while watching t.v. or being distracted pay atention to the food and take your time. Eating slower helps your body process food and realize when it's full faster. Being distracted can add over 200 calories you otherwise wouldnt want

8)  Get a special meal plate just for you. Studies have shown eating on a plate thats a dark color such as black or dark blue makes you feel full faster. Also, reduce the size of the plate. Our stomachs are only the size of our cleched fists so all you need for a meal is a 9 inch plate. Anything bigger is over stuffing your stummy.

9)  If you dont always have time to make it to the gym try to get in a quick before shool or work routine in. Below is an idea of some simple moves you can do proven to help you out :)
